Just watched Series 2 of Luther this morning (I really loved it) and had some thoughts:

• ONLY 4 episodes?
• Needs more Alice
• More Mark North as well
• I found myself really attracted to DS Justin Ripley.  I’m not the only one, right?
• Did anyone else love that Jenny’s name was Jenny Jones? 
• It took me an episode to realize that Jenny was Sketch from Skins
• I know British shows are short, but this was exceptionally short
• I did a little research (a cursory google really, maybe I should have Bing’d) and discovered the reason for a shorter series 2 was Idris Elba’s filming Thor and Ghost Rider 2 (he could have made much better decisions there, I mean Thor was ok, but Luther is just way better)
• There will be a third series so hopefully my wishes come true.
