the EGOT project

my latest obsession is trying to decide who will be the next winner of the egot, this all obviously stems from that 30 rock episode where tracy is determined to get one.

i started off with actors who have received the oscar, because i think that is the hardest one of the four to get. then i had thought about which of those oscar winners winners can sing, because winning a grammy for an audiotape is less likely than a cast recording or solo project/celebrity band. almost anyone can get an emmy these days if they just do a guest stint on the good wife or 30 rock.  i have to assume a tony is next hardest to win next to an oscar, but that’s only cause i don’t know too much about those. although actors who don’t sing could win a tony for a play as opposed to a musical.
